Luca has over 15 years of experience in the powertrain domain. As the Innovation ePowertrain Manager at FPT Industrial, he plays a key role in driving technological advancements for electrified powertrains. Throughout his career, he has transitioned from developing combustion engines to pioneering hybrid powertrains for both on-road and off-road applications, serving as a chief engineer. Currently, he is at the forefront of electric powertrain technology, leveraging his expertise to contribute to the company's hybrid and electrified powertrain development. Luca holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an Executive MBA from the University of Pavia.
