Lead Architect Thermal Management, Volvo Group

Johan is the Lead Architect specializing in Thermal Management at Volvo Group. His focus is on strengthening control system development for ICE, Fuel Cell, and Battery Electric Vehicles. His expertise spans various domains, having previously served as a System Architect for Safe and Efficient Driving, concentrating on predictive energy management, and earlier as a System Architect for Fuel Cell Systems. Johan has contributed significantly to Reference Architecture for Vehicle Control Functionality, including energy management. He is actively involved in AUTOSAR Work Groups, specifically Application Interfaces (WG-AIF) and Fuel Cell Control Units (WG-AIF-FCCU). Johan also leads ISO standard development for the Interface between Autonomous Driving Systems and Vehicle Motion Control.
