This presentation introduces an advanced approach to magnetic end-of-line (EOL) testing for rotor production, focusing on how manufacturers can ensure quality, precision, and long-term performance of electric motors. Beyond a simple OK/nOK evaluation, magnetic testing provides detailed insights into rotor properties that can directly impact efficiency, noise behavior, and durability. By refining key test criteria and leveraging high-resolution measurement methods, this approach enables predictive analytics, digital twin integration, and improved short-circuit strength validation. These innovations not only strengthen quality assurance but also unlock new opportunities for process optimization and next-generation motor design.
