With over 18 years of experience in powertrain engineering and CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) leadership, Ramón Ludvig currently serves as CAE Program Leader for Powertrain at Stellantis, where he spearheads advanced simulation and performance projects across powertrain and chassis systems. Ramón has an extensive background managing large teams in CAE domains, including mechanical analysis, 1D and 3D CFD, thermal flow, and acoustics. Prior to his current role, he held various managerial positions, overseeing complex engineering projects for both internal combustion and electric powertrain systems at Groupe PSA. His expertise encompasses thermal system design, powertrain adaptation, and Lean process improvement, making him a driving force in the development of cutting-edge, high-performance powertrain solutions.
