 5+ years R&D experience of various kinds of electric machines (permanent magnet, switched reluctance and induction)
 In-depth understanding of various motor control techniques such as field orientation control (MTPA, MTPV)
 Expert level skills in Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS, COMSOL) and CAD drawing
