Johannes Flemming started his career in the automotive industry in 2017 in the field of industrialization of a hairpin e-motor manufacturing line. After joining the consulting company P3 in 2018, he worked in various projects in the field of e-motor, battery and power electronics technology consulting, supplier scouting, cost-optimization programs, industrialization and technical due diligence. Johannes is currently leading the E-Motor & Power Electronics team within P3’s e-mobility division.
